Grilled Shrimp in Spicy Butter
Here I am using a ceramic grill tray specifically for shrimp or scallops (Sur Le Table), very useful and affordable. The shrimp turn out perfect every time, even on the outdoor grill.
I take peeled raw shrimp and arrange them on the platter, if you want to try this recipe with a metal grilling pan or tinfoil, that’s fine but they will cook much faster. Then melt my butter and the juice of one lemon in the microwave and then stir in old bay and a spicy rub seasoning (the amount will depend on your personal taste). Place on grill set to low, cook until opaque, usually about 5 mins.
