Grilling Corn on the Cob
One of my favorite grilled veggies is corn on the cob. You can lather in butter or oil but I prefer to soak it in water(20 mins) in the husks (only silk removed) then place directly on the grill for about 15 mins. The wet husks helps to steam the corn with only a few of the cernels getting char grilled. When they are almost cooked, watch out that the husks don’t catch on fire, you can see in the picture I had to move mine around on the grill and use the top rack.
