I have enjoyed cooking for many years. I have always tried to keep my meals healthy and fresh. In the last year, I have made a conscious decision to eat a plant based diet. I do still eat occasional seafood and dairy, but for the most part I stick to it. My sweet husband Markus is in on the plant based plan(for the most part), but my daughters, ages 12 and 14, are another story....Cooking for a family is always challenging, but add plant based meals for preteen and teenagers and it can seem impossible.
