    I love all the parties and get togethers this time of year!  When I host, I try to offer my guests light and healthy appetizers versus heavy dips or meat and cheese options.  You do not need to sacrafice flavor to have a low calorie appetizer.  I rely on my favorites like roasted peppers, garlic and fresh herbs to provide the flavor.
