Shrimp & Grits on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas
Last week we were in San Antonio on business and had a little time to enjoy the riverwalk. What a great city with great food! Markus and I were lucky enough to get a table right on the patio at Boudro’s for dinner. We had an interesting plate of shrimp and grits with a spicy tex mex flair. It reminded us of a similar version I make, but mine’s even spicier. Boudro’s version has a tomato based sauce for the shrimp and they added bacon bits to the top of the dish.
