Grilled Artichokes – amazing as an appetizer or main course!
I had wanted to grill artichokes for awhile now, but just hadn’t tried it. I found some great artichokes at my local grocery and on sale, so I decide to give it a try. This is really simple and so so good! Not to mention super healthy and very elegant. I used a salt stone on my grill but tin foil will work, too. First start by boiling your artichokes and 1 to 2 lemons for about 20 minutes or until the stem or base of the choke is tender.
