    Healthy Low Carb Seed Crackers

    Avoiding pre-packaged snacks?  Try making these seed crackers from scratch.   They are low carb, gluten free, preservative free, and vegan.  Did I mention delicious???   They are REALLY good!  So good that I have made a double batch weekly for the last several months. As much as I would like to, I can not take credit for this recipe.  I found it in Gwyneth Paltrow’s book, The Clean Plate and she references Chef Magnus Nilsson.  So this is your chance to eat like a skinny celebrity :).
